Pr. Olivier Arifon exposes the dimensions of influence – Soft power, lobbying and communication -, on regular basis at Université Catholique de Lille, France. He delivers these topics as visiting professor or trainer in universities or institutional bodies (France, Germany, China, Brazil, Romania, UN, Kazakhstan…).
