Emmanuel joined eu travel tech (previously ETTSA) in September 2018. As part of his role, Emmanuel shapes the strategy and direction of eu travel tech. A French national, Emmanuel Mounier started his career in Brussels representing the French public transport sector within the Union internationale des Transports Publics (UITP). He then worked for the French Ministry of Economy on trade issues before getting back to Brussels as Counsellor for Industrial Affairs within the French Permanent Representation to the EU. A law graduate of the University of Kent at Canterbury and Université Paris I la Sorbonne, Emmanuel has a wealth of EU-specific expertise in many different fields including transport, internal market, digital single market, and trade.
