At the regional level, Andalusia is the region showing the greatest interest with 10.78% of the reservations made in recent days, followed by Miami and the Canary Islands. Faro holds fourth place, followed by Valencia.
These numbers contrast with the ones recorded before the confinement measures were implemented. At that time, the United States accounted for 43.53% of total reservations, Spain 20.86% and Portugal 7.7%.
According to the Travelgate platform’s ranking, Portugal has been in the lead in the last few days with the most hotel and apartment bookings for the following months.
