Luxury car brand Bugatti has partnered with Dubai based real estate developer Binghatti to create the world’s first residence building under the brand of the former. The project was revealed at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai on 24 May by Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti Rimac, and Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti.
With this partnership, we will follow the words of Ettore Bugatti: ‘If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti’.

“It almost seems like fate for our two companies to have come together. We share a vision of what a Bugatti branded residence should be. Muhammad Binghatti has a profound appreciation for the world of automotive design and luxury as well as a talent for creating iconic architecture”, Rimac said about the partnership.
Located in the prime area of Dubai’s Business Bay, the building will emulate the Bugatti experience not through merely applying design cues of Molsheim’s hyper sports cars in an architectural setting, but by creating an authentic atmosphere of excellence and flair, inspired by Bugatti’s design DNA, the company promises in a statement, explaining that the nature of this project is also driven by expert craftsmanship and Bugatti’s impeccable heritage as a French luxury brand.
“When you open the door of a Bugatti and sit inside, you know instantly that it’s very special; something truly incomparable. Only a select few will have the opportunity to experience this, and with Bugatti Residences, we wanted to translate this feeling into a highly exclusive retreat in the heart of the metropolis”, said BinGhatti.
Bugatti Residences will feature a collection of 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses, each of them offering spacious living areas and being uniquely designed with bespoke curated layouts. The building will reflect the serenity of the French Riviera in the heart of Dubai, which the two companies call “an oasis of timeless Art de Vivre within the bustling city”.
The residence is also planned with peerless luxurious amenities, including a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool, jacuzzi spa, fitness club, chef’s table, private valet, private members club and two garage-to-penthouse car lifts, which will allow residents to park their cars in their own apartments. A host of high-end and tailored services dedicated to its residents, including bespoke chauffeur and concierge services will be included in the building’s features.
