Binghatti and Jacob & Co have partnered for the construction of the world’s tallest residential building, which will embellish Dubai’s skyline with a crown of diamonds.
Binghatti Developers, the real estate development arm of Binghatti Holding, operates throughout the UAE with an investment value of AED 3.5 billion (about €929.5 million) across a portfolio of 40 projects. Jacob & Co is an American jewellery and watches company known creating revolutionary timepieces and exquisite jewellery. The two have united “to transcend boundaries never believed possible – an astounding architectural and design luxury feat the world has never seen before.”

The two are building a “hyper tower” in Dubai, which, once complete, will become the world’s tallest residential building, overtaking New York’s Central Park Tower, currently holding the record at 472 metres high. The crown at the top of the skyscraper will be “illuminating unrivalled opulence with its voluptuous and fascinating constructive display of the iconic and signature Jacob diamonds”.
The residential development will offer luxury apartments over more than 100 floors, with the most lavish penthouses boasting wide panoramic views at the very top. The sales office indicates that a 2 bedroom, 186 m2 apartment starts at AED 8 million (about €2.1 million), a 3 bedroom, 250 m2 apartment starts at AED 10 million (about € 2.6 million), while the starting price and surface for the other apartments, up to 7 bedrooms, are only available on request. The interior design of each flat reflects Jacob & Co’s image.
The ‘Burj Binghatti and Jacob & Co Residencies’ tower will be complete with an infinity pool overlooking downtown Dubai, according to Design Boom, as well a luxury spa, gym and badminton court, among others.
A concierge team will also be available to residents for à la carte services such as day-care, bodyguards, chauffeurs and private chefs.
