Mercedes-Benz has unveiled plans for Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, a residential complex in Dubai comprising 12 skyscrapers and more than 13,000 apartments. Developed in collaboration with Binghatti, the community will be located in Meydan and centred on Vision Iconic landmark tower surrounded by 11 stepped towers that decrease in height extending outward from the core.

Positioned as a “city within a city,” the project aims to set a new benchmark for large-scale branded residential developments in Dubai. “Our collaboration with Mercedes-Benz continues to evolve beyond individual buildings into a fully integrated masterplan community. Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City represents our shared ambition to redefine how branded living is experienced at scale where design, innovation, and community come together to shape the future of urban life in Dubai,” said Muhammad BinGhatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers. “Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City reflects our shared ambition to bring design, innovation and community together at scale.”
Axel Harries, Head of Global Service and Parts at Mercedes-Benz AG, said the development represents the first time the company has applied its brand identity across a large-scale urban environment. “An entire living environment, a city within a city, that reflects our design and service principles,” he said, noting that the project coincides with the company’s 140th anniversary.

Created to express Mercedes-Benz’s design philosophy of Sensual Purity, the masterplan links the central tower with a sequence of surrounding buildings to convey a sense of dynamism and speed. Horizontal podium lines reference the Mercedes-Benz grille, while metallic finishes and floating architectural elements contribute to a cohesive skyline.
Each of the 12 towers is named after a Mercedes-Benz concept car, including Vision One-Eleven, Vision Mercedes Simplex, Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 and Vision AVTR, reflecting the brand’s design heritage and innovative vision.
Residential interiors reflect the Sensual Purity design philosophy, with a restrained palette of black and silver, accented by leather and wood to provide warmth, texture, and a sense of craftsmanship.

The landscape design positions the community as an urban sanctuary where nature and innovation meet, focusing on connectivity and walkability, with green corridors and elevated passageways linking podium amenities and nearby parks.
The development’s lifestyle offering is built around wellness, recreation and community, with fitness facilities, water features, sports amenities and shared social spaces integrated throughout the complex, fostering the a sense of community.
The project builds on the ongoing partnership between Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti, who are already collaborating on the 341-metre Mercedes-Benz Places tower in Downtown Dubai, overlooking the Burj Khalifa and envisioned as a landmark reflecting the brand’s automotive design language and technological innovations.
