Hotel chain Hyatt has opened a new Hyatt Regency in Guangzhou designed for ‘modern urbanites to enjoy energising business and leisure experiences’.
The new Hyatt Regency hotel offers 408 keys, including 96 serviced apartments and 21 suites and its amenities include:
- two restaurants
- one lounge
- 24-hour fitness centre
- indoor heated pool
- 2,929sqm of function space for meetings and events
- 850sqm Regency Ballroom included in event space (featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light, and spacious foyer)
- 451sqm outdoor event garden
- Club Lounge on the 20th floor with private meeting rooms
The hotel’s location is particularly attractive for business and leisure guests, as it is located in the Zengcheng National Economic and Technological Development Zone of east Guangzhou which is a rising industrial and commercial centre for China’s sixth largest city.
Guangzhou Zengcheng Hopson One shopping malls and offices are directly attached to the hotel whilst the Guangzhou East Transportation Hub is just a 10-minute drive away, offering easy access to China’s Greater Bay Area. Another draw is that Guangzhou is expected to rise in prominence as the city completes the Transit Oriented Development, integrating three high-speed national railways, two twin-city rails and four subway lines which will connect the major cities of Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
