Luxury fashion brand Armani is entering the world of branded residences in partnership with developer RAK Properties. The first Armani-branded villas with private beach access will be located in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE.
The luxury brand’s founder, Giorgio Armani and his team of architects were the people behind the design of the Armani Beach Residences, a collection of “highly exclusive and limited collection” homes on Raha Island, featuring both villas and apartments. According to the brand, its usual sense for understated elegance, timeless luxury, and meticulous attention to detail can be found in the architecture of the homes, which will be built in collaboration with developer RAK Properties and real estate company SIE Group.
“New projects related to living fascinate me because I can bring the way of thinking of haute couture, that is, the use of precious materials and unique, tailored creations, into the space where we live. The villas developed in collaboration with RAK Properties, a true excellence in the sector, represent an important milestone in this journey and are even more significant because they are designed to integrate into the evocative surrounding marine landscape, offering a unique lifestyle experience,” said Giorgio Armani.
What to expect?
At the moment, the Armani Beach Residences are still in the first stages of development. Details of the design and about the number of residences haven’t yet been made public, but Armani has already shared that the houses will seamlessly blend in with their surroundings. Moreover, guests should enjoy magnificent views over the Arabian Gulf as well as private beach access, as well as access to a private members’ beach club and concierge services.
“At RAK Properties, we are proud to bring Armani’s iconic design philosophy to life with Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah. This transformative partnership with Armani is a testament to Ras Al Khaimah’s growing appeal and our shared vision for the future of its premium real estate proposition. This development will not only set new standards for elevated living in the emirate but will deliver lasting value and create an unparalleled lifestyle experience within Mina,” stated RAK Properties CEO Sameh Muhtadi.
The timing of Armani’s project hasn’t been chosen at random. It is aligned with the 25th anniversary of Armani Casa and the company’s 50-year existence. Moreover, the residences are in line with the emirate’s Vision 2030 plan, a development plan set to diversify the country’s economy, while focusing on social and environmental goals.
With the news of the residences, Armani is joining a number of other luxury brands that have already announced their own branded property projects, including fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana and car brands such as Aston Martin and Bugatti.
