From 4 to 6 December 2025, at the height of the Art Basel Miami fair, rail company Brightline will be bringing an extra touch of luxury to the East Coast. For three nights only, the Florida-based company will be organising a so-called Caviar & Champagne Premium experience, taking art fans to their destination in style.
The Caviar & Champagne PREMIUM Experience is presented as a sensory-driven luxury event. On 4, 5, and 6 December, passengers departing West Palm Beach, Bocca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale will be able to book a seat aboard a dedicated carriage where they will be met with delicious food and drinks.
One coach, three evenings
The experience already starts inside the stations, where guests will be able to enjoy artisan cheeses and charcuterie by Chevre Miami as well as chilled Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne while waiting for their train.
Once onboard, passengers will be met with Golden Goat Ossetra caviar (a classic in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred kitchens) with classic accoutrements, followed by a selection of delicacies such as macarons, and of course, a class of champagne. According to Mario Naar, the managing partner of Golden Goat Caviar, Chevre Miami, and the Sipping Station at Central Fare, the concept is about creating a bespoke experience, as well as a sensorial celebration. Moreover, the event is an invitation to reimagine what train travel may look like.
“At Brightline, we’re redefining what premium rail travel can be—merging innovation, elegance, and cultural relevance into every journey. Art Basel presents the perfect canvas to debut an ultra-luxury experience that transcends transportation. By partnering with Golden Goat Caviar and Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne, we’re curating a multi-sensory voyage that begins in our lounges and unfolds onboard, immersing our guests in a world of refinement, discovery, and elevated indulgence”, said Brightline Florida CEO Patrick Goddard.
The Caviar & Champagne PREMIUM Experience will depart from West Palm Beach at 5:35 pm, from Boca Raton at 5:59 pm, and from Fort Lauderdale at 6:17 pm from 4 to 6 December 2025. The service will arrive at Miami Central at 6:55 pm.
Every train will boast just one premium coach. Tickets for the experience cost $189 per person and are available through Brightline. Those who want to book their ticket are asked to look specifically for the Caviar & Champagne PREMIUM Experience label. The train ticket price does not include an entry ticket to the Art Basel Miami fair.
