In a historical collaboration between Merlin Entertainments and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, a world-first Harry Potter land and accompanying hotel should open in Germany in the near future. The new universe will be part of Legoland Deutschland Resort in Gunzbürg.
Since the publication of J.K. Rowling’s first Harry Potter book in 1997, the magical world has conquered many a heart across the world. Over the years, the original universe has been expanded many a time, through movies but also in other ways, such as the Fantastic Beast films, a West End show, and multiple video games.
All those aside, the collaboration between Harry Potter and LEGO has been going on since 2001. While new sets are being released every now and then, others have completely sold out and have even turned into collector’s items.
