Have you ever wondered what it would be like enjoying the most exquisite delicacies while having the most gorgeous views of Brussels constantly changing? This is possible with Tram Experience, a popular fine-dining concept, which, after a well-deserved summer break is back in Brussels as of the 18th September 2021.
In the new season, you can enjoy a 6 & 7-course menu of the Belgian cuisine reinvented to encompass heritage, originality, and tingling taste together with the new, redesigned look that is to be revealed in September.
The patron of the Tram Experience is again Chef Lionel Rigolet** from the exquisite Comme Chez Soi while the menus were designed by some of the most well-renowned Belgian chefs.
Martin Volkaerts from L’Amandier designed the appetisers and starters. Though he became widely known after his appearance infamous master chef competition Top Chef in 2015, he had been already working in exceptional establishments like Nuance (in Duffel), Noma (in Copenhagen, Denmark), and L’air du temps (in Liernu).
For the appetizers and the main cource, Chef Glen Ramaekers from Humphrey was in charge. Not only chef but also a sommelier, in his cuisine, Glen Ramaekers reflects his half-Belgian and half-Filipino roots, giving a special, original taste to every dish.
Dennis Broeckx from L’Epicerie du Cirque brought his imagination and expertise for the appetizers and the dessert. His philosophy is based on using seasonal products from local growers which he then combines in the most original way, making him one of the stars of the Antwerp culinary scene.
In charge of the perfect execution of the menus is chef caterer Thibault Granville (Taste Great) who prepares and finishes the recipes on board.
