Their analysis revealed the popular ski town of Chamonix in France to be the most Instagrammable. The resort is known for its steep yet beautiful ski slopes, meaning it might not be entirely beginner-friendly. Nonetheless, Chamonix attracts up to 100,000 visitors a day during ski season, making it, without a doubt, one of the most visited.
The second in the list might be lesser-known yet turns out to be just as beautiful. The town of Zakopane, in Poland, doesn’t just have a stunning ski resort but also boasts a snow maze and an ice palace during the coldest months of the year, making it a perfect family destination.
The Swiss town of Zermatt comes in third. Some might say it is the best ski destination in the Alps, as it has the highest ski slope in Europe (peaking at 3,820 metres altitude).
