A British travel agency has decided to create a package that is the absolute dream of all the fans of this spy (and the wonderful area of Tuscany, Italy). It’s a luxury package, where guests sleep in the places where the character, created by Ian Fleming, spent the night. The adventure includes trips in helicopters or private boats, a cocktail masterclass and private casino night, dinners in restaurants with Michelin stars. You’ll be able travel through the green and incredible fields of the most beautiful region of Italy in a classic car, all as if it were James Bond himself.
The package is from OliversTravels company, reports the Lonely Planet guide. It is based in the Talamon Tower in Siena, where 007: Quantum of Solace was filmed in 2008. As one can read on the agency’s website, the six bedrooms and six bathrooms villa is “an old watchtower with a spectacular location on the cliff, totally restored and offers panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the surrounding pine forests and the beaches of Maremma Natural Park.”
The seven-night experience includes a professional butler, who welcomes you with a Martini at the selected airport. The butler will be available throughout your stay to ensure that all your needs are met. There’ll be a staff at your disposal, including a chef.
Guests will be able explore the nature of Tuscany, its coast and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, to which they will arrive by a boat. Just like in the movies. They’ll have dinner at the prestigious Il Pellicano Hotel, a place where usually only celebrities enter. Chef Michelino Gioia will delight guests with his traditional yet daring creations. As a final touch, a cocktail masterclass will wrap up the night.
Guests will be entitled to a professional and private poker game in the Tower accommodations, to feel like a real Bond, James Bond.
The experience for 12 people costs a total of 90 thousand pounds, or close to 108 thousand euros. The total per person would be about nine thousand euros.
