Dubai has a new attraction for tourists and visitors and it promises mesmerising views of the city along with an exquisite city skyline.
1. Sky Views
Located 219 meters above the ground, the Sky Views Dubai will provide unique views over the entire territory. Visitors will be challenged to overcome their fear of heights by taking walks on the glass platform, going down the transparent slides or hanging from the edge of the building. The way to arrive at these activities is not less frightening: it involves going up in a glass-enclosed elevator, through which you can clearly see what all your surroundings.
Sky Views, inaugurated on 28 November 2021, is located on the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Address Sky View hotel, which is made up of two similar buildings. In fact, it’s the glass walkway — spanning over 46 meters — that connects both towers. From that height, visitors can have a unique view of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai’s downtown.
2. Pure adrenaline
The glass walkway connects both floors, creating a unique experience and pure adrenaline.
The glass slide offers an exciting yet safe experience unlike anything else in the world. Since this area has a transparent floor, it provides a 360-degree view for all the brave.
Sky Views
Among the unforgettable sightseeing escapades that tourists can enjoy are the Observatory, the Glass Slide and the Edge Walk. However, it is the Sky Views Edge Walk that promises to offer pure adrenaline. Here, visitors are invited to walk along one end of the building “without any sort of windows or other protective barriers between them and the views of the sky.”.
The company emphasized the enforcement of security and said that all participants will be equipped with a harness, in addition to having to attend a short class on the rules of the experience before starting the walk.
Sky Views offers different tours through the towers, but all tours offer participants the opportunity to enjoy rare 360-degree views of the iconic landmarks of Dubai, from the nearby Burj Khalifa to the buzzing superhighway Sheikh Zayed Road.
