After being closed for two years, Disneyland Paris’ landmark 5-star hotel has reopened its doors to visitors. All 487 rooms inside the building have been refurbished and given a true Disney-themed make-over. The hotel promises guests an immersive experience, making sure their over-night stay is just as memorable as visiting the park during daytime.
“The reopening of Disneyland Hotel marks a new milestone in the transformation of Disneyland Paris, extending our legacy as a leader in the European tourism industry”, said Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris. “We are thrilled to unveil this a one-of-a-kind five-star property celebrating beloved Disney royalty, which represents one of the most immersive hotels in Europe today.”
Since its closure during the pandemic, all 487 rooms in the hotel have received a make-over, making sure they keep with the Disney theme of the park. The regal-themed lobby, restaurants, bar and lounges also received a facelift. The Walt Disney Imagineering Paris team combined forces with craftsmen and suppliers from all over Europe, resulting in a hotel paying homage to both Disney royal stories and celebrated European landmarks such as the Château de Versailles.
Special attention is being paid to the youngest guests at the hotel through a series of initiatives. Thanks to (paid) experiences, such as the Royal Kids Club and the My Royal Dream, kids will be able to enjoy an immersive experience, including characters from some of Disney’s most popular movies. The Disneyland Hotel Spa, on the other hand, will provide some much-needed relaxation for adults (kids above 6 are welcome too), making sure they are well-rested in preparation for yet another day at the magical kingdom. For those preferring a bit of water fun, the Crystal Pool features a main pool, a kids’ paddling pool and a hot tub.
The hotel also features two in-house restaurants: the Royal Banquet or La Table de Lumière (a nod to Beauty and the Best), where the cuisine is inspired by classic French gastronomy. Guests wanting to enjoy their stay even more could splurge for a room at the Castle Club, a hotel-within-hotel that offers even more privacy, a range of VIP benefits and a breakfast with Disney Princess characters in the Castle Club Lounge.
Prices for regular rooms start at 729 euros per night for two people, including a 2-day access to both parks.
