Discover vibrant, exotic, and extravagant marketplaces, filled with unique spices, jewelry, handmade accessories, and Goan specialties. Some of my favorites: the Saturday night bazaar in Arpora, Inigo’s Night Market, and the Mapusa Market on Fridays are definitely worth visiting!
4. The romance
Goa is regarded as a top honeymoon destination. Romantic breaks in Goa consist of spiritual massages, majestic waterfalls, private villas, coconut palms, and dinners at the beach are so irresistible.
5. Sports activities
There is no shortage of active sports one can try out here in Goa, with every water sport like Scuba diving, snorkeling, banana boat ride, flyboarding, kayaking, parasailing, jet ski, white water rafting, wakeboarding, speed boating, surfboarding, kite surfing, windsurfing, Ringo ride, Canyoning to hikes and climbs and so much more to do!

The nightlife is so vibrant and rocking that it doesn’t let its visitors sleep; one can continue to have new experiences as the sun goes down.

With a unique mix of Portuguese and Hindu influences. The wholesome beauty and artistry of Goa’s many churches are bound to grab your attention. One can visit ‘Old Goa’ the town to experience the glorious UNESCO heritage sites there.
8. Waterfalls
To add to Goa’s beauty there are stunning waterfalls here. It has the milky Dudhsagar Waterfalls (Dudh- which literally means milk in Hindi), the gorgeous Tambdi Surla Waterfalls, the silvery Hivre Waterfall, and many others that attract tourists and travelers.
9. The local cuisine
A trip to Goa is incomplete if you do not try the delicious local cuisine: pork vindaloo, Goan fish curry, sorpotel, fish recheado, prawn balchao, bebinca, and of course, the local liquor Goan feni. Goa will leave your taste-buds tingling
10. You can live next to the beach!
Yes, It’s exactly like it sounds, you will find yourself either a few feet away from the beach or living on the beach most of the time. One can usually find hotels or Air bnbs to enjoy a luxury stay, surrounded by culture, nature, and good vibes that make up for good times and great memories.
