Kepulauan Seribu or “The Thousand Islands” is a chain of islands in the north of Jakarta’s coast. It consists of a string of more than 342 islands stretching 45 km, 23 are privately owned and are not open to the public. Some of them are home to resorts and two islands are historic parks. 1. Pulau Bidadari
This is the nearest Island from Marina Ancol ferry port and only 30 minutes by boat. The famous part of this Island is Fort Mortello that was built in the 17th Century. 2. Pulau Ayer

But to reach this island from Marina Ancol you need to spend 1,5 hours on the boat.
4. Pulau Tidung

This is a place for conservative and protected greenback turtles named Eretmochelys imbricate. Some visitors also can help the first step of the turtles to reach to the sea in the period of births.
6. Pulau Harapan
Harapan is a small island known for its peaceful, white sand beaches, clear, calm waters and vibrant coral reefs. This is the busiest and the most habitat island in Kepulauan Seribu.
7. Pulau Pari
Pulau Pari – located not too far from Marina Ancol – has has become a new burgeoning destination in the Thousand Islands. 8. Pulau Sepa
