The villa in Nottinghamshire boasts 6 bedrooms and offers the ultimate 007 experience to fans looking to take their passion one step further.
One of the most notable properties for James Bond fans has just hit the market in the United Kingdom. While the house in itself was not featured in any of the movies, the current owners added an almost never-ending list of nods to the franchise to the villa while it was renovated.

According to the listing by Fine & Country, interior decorator Jamie Hempsall was responsible for carefully piecing together the puzzle that is the Skyfall mansion. The 007-theme can be found throughout the property, from the Skyfall plaques at the gate to the James Bond wallpaper in the galleried landing and the metal railings around the bay windows at the front of the house, which are a direct replica of James Bond’s apartment in the Spectre movie.
While most of them are not included in the £2.95 million (€3,397,052) asking price, the current inhabitants of the house also have an impressive amount of memorabilia in their possession. For example, the leather chair in the master suite can be seen in the Spectre movie, and the individually numbered and plated etched bricks from the original Aston Martin Lagonda Newport Pagnell Factory are set into the snooker room’s fireplace.

Aside from its James Bond theme, the mansion in itself is quite the opulent residence. Spanning over 867 square meters, the house has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a garage fitting three cars, a movie room, a conservatory, a gym, a drawing room, and much more. All spaces show luxurious finishes, from solid wood to natural stone. According to the agent James Stock from Fine & Country, the handmade kitchen should be considered the heart of the home.

Outside, too, the atmosphere of luxury continues.
“The beautifully landscaped grounds have been well conceived and provide a tranquil oasis from the outside world with established trees flanking the boundaries. A new addition of a ‘carriage’ driveway immediately adds to the grandeur upon arrival and leads to the exquisitely designed gardens, seeing mature planting and manicured lawns. A bespoke sculpture and themed boxed hedging give a direct nod to the opening credits of the James Bond films, again adding to the overall drama of what is on offer at Skyfall”, the listing reads.

Several exterior seating areas assure the best spot for an al fresco dinner year-round, while the “Wimbledon worthy” tennis court provides some extra glamour and the perfect training ground for sports lovers.
Overall, the mansion seems like the perfect future home for any James Bond lover, whether they already have their own collection of memorabilia to decorate the space or not.
