Lufthansa has unveiled NBA legend Dirk Nowitzki as the face of its new Allegris advertising campaign. Known for his remarkable career with the Dallas Mavericks, Nowitzki brings a touch of international stardom to the campaign. Born in Germany, Nowitzki’s involvement highlights his strong ties to his homeland while emphasizing Lufthansa’s commitment to excellence and global reach. This collaboration perfectly blends Nowitzki’s iconic sports legacy with Lufthansa’s reputation for premier air travel.

In the new campaign film, the 2.13-meter-tall Dirk Nowitzki is shown comfortably sleeping in the 2.20-meter-long bed of Lufthansa’s Allegris Business Class. Lufthansa Allegris promises a revolutionary travel experience on long-haul flights, unmatched in the market due to its diverse range of seating options. The new cabin interiors and seats span across all travel classes, from Economy to Premium Economy, Business, and First Class.
For instance, Business Class passengers can select from five distinct seat types, including a suite with doors, a personal wardrobe, and a mini-bar. A standout feature: all First and Business Class seats come with heating and cooling systems, allowing passengers to adjust the temperature for maximum comfort.
The Lufthansa Allegris campaign featuring Dirk Nowitzki was launched last week in the US and will be rolled out internationally in the coming months, including in Germany.
