Ghanaians stranded in Brussels due to the COVID-19 pandemic will finally be able to go back home.
The Embassy of Ghana in Brussels has partnered with Brussels Airlines to repatriate Ghanaians as well as resident permit holders to Accra.
After the flight, which is scheduled for August 11, all passengers will have to undertake a mandatory 14-days quarantine upon arrival
The Embassy specified that the passengers who are already in possession of Brussels Airlines tickets to Accra will be allowed to use those tickets for the flight. Such travelers are requested to provide the Embassy with a copy of their ticket or with the ticket number and code.
The Embassy reminded all passengers that they will have to cover the costs of the mandatory 14-day quarantine, which will be undertaken at designated hotels and must be paid directly to the selected hotel before departure.
The costs of the flight are the following:
- €1800.00 (Business Class)
- €1,000.00 (Premium Economy)
- €900.00 (Economy)
The passengers are requested to submit the data specified below to the Embassy.
